This class is available for Free for Avila’s hotel guests and members. Finish or start your day by joining our Pilates class on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Take in the morning sun or sunset, let go of all stress, stretch your body, build leaner and longer muscles, correct your posture, and enjoy a whole body and mind workout.
