Let’s be honest. Getting in that right mood to go the gym is HARD. After a hard day of work it is easy to slip onto that comfy couch and hang. Or worse, to binge watch and binge eat. Going to the gym and to be more active is a difficult resolution to keep. Many even forgot it after waking up the day after you set that goal.
