SPINNING

Once you’ll start, you’re hooked. Spinning is highly addictive. Why? It’s an intense full body work out where you will burn Big Calories. An hour-long Spin class can burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories depending on the intensity of the instructor and the amount that you push
yourself. Don’t forget a towel, a (big) water bottle and wear proper gym clothes that are light and where you can move in freely. Ride hard, Sweat and Feel the Burn. Strive for progress, not perfection. However, legs and bun will look sublime!

PILATES

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on the core. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Like Yoga, Pilates focuses on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates teaches you to think about how you use your muscles during your training, so that you use them better in everyday life. Pilates is a good way to de-stress and you will undoubtedly enjoy this beautiful moment of the day.
